3. Products & Pricing

3.1 Product Information: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in your order confirmation email.

3.3 Customization: BBQ Pods can be customized with various options. Custom orders may be subject to different terms and pricing as quoted.

3.4 Product Origin: Our BBQ Pods are sourced internationally and delivered from our UK facility in Swindon, where they undergo rigorous quality control before delivery.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit may be required upon order confirmation, with the balance due before delivery. Payment methods and schedules will be confirmed in your quote.

4.3 Quote Validity: Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

5. Delivery & Installation

5.1 Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery is approx. 16 weeks from 50% deposit payment. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

5.2 Delivery Area: We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery to certain remote areas may incur additional charges.

5.3 Installation: Professional installation is included in the purchase price. Installation requires suitable access, level ground, and proximity to required utilities (electric, gas/propane).

5.4 Site Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your site meets installation requirements, including obtaining any necessary planning permissions or permissions from landlords/property managers.

5.5 Inspection: You must inspect the BBQ Pod upon delivery and notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours.

6. Cancellations & Returns

6.1 Cancellation Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of order confirmation for standard products. Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation.

6.2 Cancellation After Production: If cancellation occurs after production has commenced, you may be liable for costs already incurred, including materials and labor.

6.3 Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of BBQ Pods, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or significant deviation from specifications.

7. Warranty Information

7.1 Construction Quality: BBQ Pods are built with commercial-grade materials including stainless steel frames, 6-layer insulated door panels, and weatherproof construction designed for long-term durability.

7.2 Appliance Warranties: Integrated appliances (grills, refrigerators, TVs) are covered by manufacturer warranties typically ranging from 1-5 years. Warranty documentation will be provided upon delivery.

7.3 Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Product Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8.2 Installation Liability: Our installation team will exercise reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing ground conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or access issues beyond our control.

8.3 Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Commercial Awnings Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
