Base Requirements
- Level concrete base (minimum 100mm thick)
- Extends 150mm beyond pod dimensions
- Level tolerance: within 10mm
- Proper drainage to prevent water pooling
- Load-bearing capacity: 500kg/m²
Electrical Requirements
- Standard 13A UK mains socket
- Within 3 meters of pod location
- RCD protection recommended
- Weatherproof outdoor socket (IP65 rated)
- Connected to dedicated circuit breaker
Gas Requirements
- Mains gas connection OR propane tank space
- Gas safe registered installer required
- Within 3 meters of pod location
- Propane: space for 47kg bottle (600mm diameter)
- All connections must meet UK Gas Safety Regulations
Access Requirements
- Vehicle access for flatbed delivery truck
- Overhead clearance for crane (if required)
